So, what’s the difference between a move-in / move-out and a regular cleaning?
Standard cleaning focuses on general maintenance of your home. Our Move-in package on the other hand, includes our Deep cleaning service which is perfect for first-time customers or homes that haven’t been cleaned in the past 30 days – wiping down your baseboards, doing trim work, giving us plenty of time to scrub tubs and sinks where dirt and grime have accumulated and guarantees that your home goes back to pristine condition. On top of that, we go all-in by throwing in your fridge, oven and cabinets too! It's everything you’ll need to get a home feeling brand spanking new again!

To make sure everything goes perfectly, we’ve compiled a few reminders below:
| Entry Details | You can leave us a key in a safe location (e.g. a lockbox or with your frontdesk personnel) - we know your hands are tied so just let us know where the key will be and we’ll take care of the rest, even locking up after service. |
| Utilities | Have running water and power available on your appointment. Not having both spells disaster for a home cleaning. |
| Proper Scheduling | Schedule other services on different days (e.g carpet cleaning, painting, etc). Allowing space for everyone to work ensures quality! |
| Cleaning Timeframe | Move-in package requires attention to detail. A 1-bedroom / 1-bathroom unit would take approximately 2-3 hours whereas a 3 bedroom unit could take up to 4 or 5 hours. |
| Add-on Services | We offer additional services such as cleaning the interior of windows/blinds and/or using eco-friendly products. Just let us know what you need ahead of time and we'll be sure to arrive at your place fully-equipped! |
| Carpet Cleaning | Our teams have a heavy-duty vacuum handy however, at this time, we do not offer carpet steaming/carpet shampooing. Contact our partner – APT Carpet cleaners at: (703) 379-4315 |
